Country Place has very specific deed restrictions concerning construction, landscaping and exterior changes to any single family residential property or duplex. Essentially, any exterior change to a residence including painting, roofing, window treatments, landscaping, etc. requires preapproval by the Architectural Committee. Violations of the Deed Restrictions are strictly enforced and may involve penalties and/or mandatory injunctions to return a property to its original condition. Protect yourself in advance and seek preapproval with the following forms and notices.
